We create successful MVP's

Time is money. And you don't want to waste it. If you know what problem you're solving, you don't need a thousand features to get started. We'll help you build your Minimum Viable Product and get to market asap. And if you don't know what problem you're solving, we can talk about that too.

Find your killer feature.

What makes your product essential? What's the one feature that delivers the most value to your target audience? That's your killer feature — focus on it, build an MVP, and leave the rest for later.

Developing countless features that no one uses is a waste of time, energy, and money.

An MVP is a fully functional product. Test your killer feature in the market and start making your first sales — then keep building the rest of your app, iterating on real feedback.

Receive users feedback and immediately come into contact with the real market!

Your audience comes before your product. So we try, we tweak, and we move forward to offer them exactly what they need.

We regularly change the scope, but the mission remains unchanged.

Fast iterations allow you to get to know your market better while generating revenue.

No technology religion.

Whether it's a mobile app, big data, artificial intelligence, or other technologies, we bring extensive experience and a comprehensive 360° approach to every project.

We tailor our solutions to fit the unique needs, goals, and budgets of each partner.

Two teams that shipped fast, on purpose.

“26lights came in to help develop and ship our Cowboy Care platform, our on-demand service for maintenance and tyre puncture fixes. Their engineers worked directly with our team — no overhead, fluid communication. We recommend working with them.”

“We brought 26lights in to do a full audit of our two applications and set up a new workflow that fits our internal team better. We loved their flexibility and solution-oriented mindset. Would work with them again!”

Talk to our team

We deliver massive value to ambitious entrepreneurs who understand that surrounding themselves with the right people is the key to success.

26lights' case results for Umedia: a 60% increase in investments with no additional recruitment

Umedia

A film production company that has invested $670M in over 500 movies. They came to us when they hit a plateau. We helped them increase their investments by 60% without growing the team — modeling their business and automating the recurring tasks that held them back.

26lights' case results for Yields.io: from POC to 5M€ fundraising, a 6-year tech lead follow-up

Yields.io

The founder came to us with an idea while still holding a day job. We challenged it and built the first version of the product, which helped raise €1.25M from VC firms. Six years and a few rounds later, the company has 35 people, and we're still working together daily, mainly through coaching sessions.

26lights' case results for Sharingbox: ×2 process efficiency and a successful exit strategy

Sharingbox

We helped Sharingbox simplify the sequence of actions needed to deploy their technology in the real world. We mapped their internal processes and built the tools to standardize them, making the company twice as efficient — which also eased knowledge transfer when the founders came to exit.

26lights' case results for e-maprod: +100% in 3 years, headcount ×5 in 7 years

e-maprod

We helped e-maprod reorganize their team by putting all the cards on the table, hiring the right people, and giving teams a real sense of ownership so they could run autonomously — while optimizing internal workflows so they could stop relying on spreadsheets.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build an MVP?

There is no meaningful standard answer before understanding what needs to be validated.

Our first job is therefore not to estimate the entire product, but to identify the smallest version capable of testing the critical assumptions.

Sometimes this leads to a custom application. Sometimes a prototype, no-code solution or manual process can validate the idea much faster.

Can you help if we haven't fully defined the product yet?

Yes — and we prefer to have that conversation before development starts.

Product, business and technology are closely connected. Before writing code, we challenge the problem, the target users, the business model and the features that genuinely need to exist.

This often removes a significant amount of unnecessary development.

Do you work with a fixed technology stack?

No. We call this #NoTechReligion.

Our team works across technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker and many others, but we do not choose a stack because it is our default.

Architecture should follow the product, business constraints, existing team and expected scale — not the preferences of the agency building it.

Do you always recommend custom development?

No.

Custom software is powerful, but it also creates cost and long-term responsibility.

If an existing SaaS, low-code platform or combination of tools can support the business properly, we will recommend that instead.

We build custom technology when there is a genuine strategic, operational or economic reason for owning the software.

Have you built products for startups before?

Yes.

For Yields.io, 26lights built the first version of the product that helped the company reach its next stage and raise €1.25M. Years later, the company had grown to around 35 people after several funding rounds.

We also worked alongside Cowboy's engineering organization on Cowboy Care.

Our engineers have worked both on products at their earliest stage and inside existing scale-up technology teams.

We're in the business of making a difference. Let's get started!
