to 80%. We take you
to 100%

You've built the core with vibe coding. We provide the final 20% of engineering: secure, scalable, and ready for the market.

We provide the final 20% for apps built with tools like

production_ready.ts
1import { Security, Scale } from '@26lights/core';

3const app = new VibeApp();
4ERROR: production wall hit at 80%
5// 26lights steps in…
6await app.finalize(Security.audit());
7await app.deploy();

Escape the 80% trap. Ship your AI app.

Vibe coding is magic until you hit the production wall. Most AI-built projects stall right before launch, because AI struggles with the invisible 20%: real security, complex logic refactoring, and infrastructure that scales.

From a working demo to a scalable product.

AI tools are incredible at building interfaces, but they struggle with production-grade logic. We step in to clean up your code and make sure your app doesn't break the moment you go live.

Code sanitization & logic cleanup

AI-generated code is often redundant. We refactor your core logic by hand to cut technical debt and keep your app workable for the next round of AI prompts.

Hardened third-party integrations

Reliable connections for Stripe payments, OAuth logins, and custom APIs, tested against the edge cases that cause silent failures once real users show up.

Real-world security audit

A demo can get away with shortcuts. A live product can't. We run deep security testing to protect user data and meet industry compliance standards.

Seniority matters. Meet the experts behind the code.

We don't outsource. Your project is reviewed by PhDs in computer science, with 20+ years of engineering experience between them, including 13 years right here at 26lights. Reading and re-architecting code, whichever tool wrote it, is exactly what that depth of training is for.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between an AI prototype and a production application?

A prototype mainly needs to demonstrate that an idea can work.

A production system also needs to handle real users, security, permissions, data integrity, failures, monitoring, maintainability and changing usage over time.

The last part is often less visible than the prototype itself, but it is what turns an experiment into software a company can rely on.

Do you automatically rebuild AI prototypes?

No.

If the existing application is technically sound, keeping it and strengthening the missing pieces is usually preferable.

We first assess what is already there and only recommend rebuilding components when there is a clear reason.

Can you work with applications built using AI coding tools?

Yes.

We can review and work with applications created using tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt and similar platforms.

The important question is not which tool generated the code. It is whether the resulting architecture is secure, maintainable and appropriate for the intended use.

Does using AI remove the need for senior engineers?

AI changes where engineering time is spent, but it does not remove architecture decisions.

Generating code has become much faster. Understanding data models, security, permissions, failure modes, integration constraints and long-term maintainability remains critical.

Our role is increasingly to bring that senior technical judgment to teams that can now build prototypes themselves.
