The Challenge

Clarifying vision, structure, and strategy

Evoluno wanted to strengthen its authority in the market and clarify its unique approach as a mental health partner for organizations. The company needed a new web experience that would immediately convey its added value, while modernizing its brand image and facilitating visitor engagement.

Beyond these digital presence challenges, Evoluno faced deeper strategic issues:

  • Fundamental questions about their business model: should they prioritize a product or service approach?
  • A need for support to structure their growth and clarify their positioning
  • A sales team that needed to optimize its effectiveness and messaging
  • Strategic partnership opportunities to evaluate without having the necessary internal expertise

Strategic Coaching and Process Optimization

Helping leadership make confident, high-impact decisions

We began by supporting Evoluno’s leadership team on fundamental questions about their development. For a B2B company in the healthcare sector, finding the right balance between product and service is a major challenge.


Our role was that of a neutral strategic advisor, capable of providing an objective perspective on their business choices without having any particular interests in the company. We helped Evoluno to:


  • Clarify their business model and market positioning
  • Define the priorities of their growth plan
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities, particularly with a company interested in a white label arrangement
  • Avoid potential errors in contractual negotiations

This strategic coaching phase extended over several months, allowing Evoluno to make informed decisions about the future of their company.

Sales Coaching and Sales Process Optimization

Transforming the sales team into confident closers

In parallel with strategic coaching, we worked directly with the sales team to optimize their effectiveness. Our approach included:


  • Sales pitch overhaul: We reviewed and improved their sales pitch to make it more impactful
  • Slide deck optimization: Restructuring of their sales presentations to better convey their value proposition
  • Sales meeting simulations: Practical sessions where we simulated calls and client meetings to perfect their approach
  • Support throughout the complete sales funnel: From initial contact to closing, including all intermediate stages

The goal was to enable the sales team to focus on what they do best: closing deals.

Content Restructuring and Copywriting

We reorganized the existing content to better tell Evoluno’s story and mission. This step ensured that every visitor, from the first click, understands the company’s value proposition and vision. Significant copywriting work was carried out to strengthen editorial consistency and ensure an impactful and accessible message, building on strong branding.

Website Redesign & Implementation

Bringing a brand's identity to life through design

We reorganized the existing content to better tell Evoluno’s story and mission. This step ensured that every visitor, from the first click, understands the company’s value proposition and vision.

Significant copywriting work was carried out to strengthen editorial consistency and ensure an impactful and accessible message, building on strong branding.

With the text done for most of the social media content, we used the graphic codes of the Evoluno app (design tokens), and created a simple, engaging web design that stays true to the brand identity while better explaining the why behing Evoluno

The process was carried out collaboratively on Figma, quickly resulting in a responsive prototype validated by all stakeholders, we easily implemented on Webflow.

Results

Evoluno’s new website, the result of this collaboration, is accessible here! It embodies the brand’s new identity, while offering an optimized user experience and a clear presentation of Evoluno’s offering.

The emphasis was placed on readability, action, and emotional impact, with particular attention paid to consistency between the digital presence and the company’s identity.
